Eric Burkett is the Assistant Prosecutor and Diversion Manager in the Delaware City Prosecutor’s Office. Participation in the Diversion program is discretionary, but generally people who have no prior criminal convictions or OVI convictions are eligible to participate if charged with a minor drug or underage alcohol offense, or theft offense.
