NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that March 11, 2024 has been established as the date for public hearings and second readings for the following ordinances (each with a specific time):

7:15 PM, Ordinance No. 24-20, an ordinance approving amendments to Chapter 1111 (Subdivision Regulations) of the Planning and Zoning Code. 

7:20 PM, Ordinance No. 24-21, an ordinance approving amendments to Chapter 1125 (Administration, Powers and Duties) of the Planning and Zoning Code. 

7:25 PM, Ordinance No. 24-22, an ordinance approving amendments to Chapter 1127 (Enforcement, Certification and Penalty) of the Planning and Zoning Code. 

7:30 PM, Ordinance No. 24-23, an ordinance approving amendments to Chapter 1128 (Appeals and Variances) of the Planning and Zoning Code. 

7:35 PM, Ordinance No. 24-24, an ordinance approving amendments to Chapter 1129 (Procedures) of the Planning and Zoning Code. 

7:40 PM, Ordinance No. 24-25, an ordinance approving amendments to Chapter 1130(Amendments) of the Planning and Zoning Code. 

7:45 PM, Ordinance No. 24-26, an ordinance repealing chapter 1144 (Planned Business Overlay District Regulations) and replacing with Chapter 1144 (Planned Unit Development Districts) of the Planning and Zoning Code.
