The City of Delaware, Delaware County and Main Street Delaware are providing initial funding for planning activities and community outreach. Any future projects would be paid for by public-private partnerships. In addition, Delaware Together calls for incentives to be considered to facilitate implementation of plans that may come forward that benefit the community.
