City of Delaware utility bills for January water, sewer refuse and storm water are being delivered in the mail this week:

• No late payment fees are being charged for the January bill, or for the February bill.
• No shut offs are taking place this month.
• If you’re signed up for automated clearing house auto-withdrawal from an account, the January amount will be withdrawn on March 8. The amount for your February usage we will be withdrawn at the end of March.
