The Planning Commission of the City of Delaware, Ohio will conduct a public meeting at City Hall on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 6:30pm for the following requests:

2024-1166: A request by Ethan Hutchinson to vacate a piece of unimproved right-of-way located on the south side of Ross Street between 47 Ross Street and 41 Ross Street.

2024-1457: A request by the City of Delaware to repeal Chapter 1192: Airport Overlay District and enact new Chapter 1117: Southwest Area Overlay (SWA).

The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm and will be held at the Delaware City Hall, City Council Chambers, 1 South Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015. Interested persons may appear at the meeting and voice their opinions with respect to the applications.
